- Adventure Land (rubber surface): from 4 years of age
Use of the Kitzland is only permitted for children and young people up to and including the age of 14 (under the supervision of a parent or guardian or other adult who has been given responsibility for supervision).
Found items and valuables can be collected from our Service Center for approximately one to two weeks. If you do not collect your valuables from us by then, we will pass them on to the lost and found office in building 47 (room 109). Textiles and shoes that are not collected will be donated.

During the entire stay on the ZSGW premises, supervision must be exercised by the person responsible for the child's upbringing or a person delegated to do so. The duty of supervision also applies during events where the Kitzland can be used freely.
Due to the risk of strangulation, the wearing of helmets and lanyards etc. is not permitted when using the Kitzland.
Yes, there are seating areas with electricity and internet access at Kitzland.
Admission: Subscriptions and tickets
A ticket is required for each child, which must be booked via the ZSGW WebApp. Parents or legal guardians or other persons who have been entrusted with the duty of supervision do not require their own ticket. If an adult wishes to use the Unisport KL facilities for their own sports activities (e.g. to jog on the Running track), they will need their own ticket.
You must also book the Unisport Kids subscription (Mini) for your child under the age of three (0-2 years). However, this is free of charge.
We offer day tickets and subscriptions:
- Unisport Kids Subscription (Mini): A visit to Kitzland is free for all children between the ages of 0 and 2. Nevertheless, you must book the ticket so that it is easier for everyone at the controls.
- Unisport-Kids-Abo (1 child): For anyone with a chargeable child who wants to use Kitzland regularly. The Subscription is personalized and issued to your child.
- Unisport Kids Subscription (2 & more children): For anyone with two or more fee-paying children of their own who would like to use Kitzland regularly.
Day ticket:
- Unisport Kids day pass: a day pass must be purchased for each child aged 3 and over who wishes to use Kitzland. To simplify the purchase process, we have arranged the day tickets in a scale of 1 to 20. You do not have to deposit a child when purchasing, so you can also buy tickets for third-party children. If you would like to visit Kitzland with more than 20 children, please send us an email at least 14 days in advance to: unisport-kitzland(at)rPTU.de.
The legal guardian needs an account in the ZSGW WebApp and registers the child/children there. The desired Unisport Kids season ticket or Unisport Kids day pass can be booked under "Tickets and subscriptions" → "All tickets & subscriptions".
For group tickets, the supervisor buys the desired ticket; it is not necessary to register the individual children.
If your child is under 3 years old (0-2 years), admission is free for your child. You book the Unisport Kids Subscription (Mini) via the ZSGW web app. The Subscription loses its validity on the day of the 3rd birthday, so you only have to book the Unisport Kids Subscription (Mini) once. If you would like to continue using Kitzland from your 3rd birthday, you will need to purchase either the Unisport Kids Subscription (1 child), Unisport Kids Subscription (2 & more children) or a Unisport Kids Day Pass.
In addition to the digital proof of the Unisport Kids subscription in the ZSGW WebApp, we also offer a haptic card. This is particularly suitable if your child is on the Unisport grounds with a supervisor. Please follow these 5 steps:
- Book and pay for the Unisport Kids subscription in the ZSGW app
- Bring a recent picture of your child (approx. 3.5 x 4.5 cm) printed out. It does not have to be a biometric passport photo, but we should be able to recognize the face well.
- Come to the Service Center (Foyer Building 28, Unisport) and bring a few minutes with you.
- We will fill out the card and laminate it.
- Please make sure that the card is always carried by your child or the supervisor
Subscriptions and day passes may not be passed on.
Unfortunately, this is not possible: Contracts for the purchase of day tickets, workshops and leisure activities offered by Unisport in connection with leisure activities for which a specific date or period is provided are not subject to the right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB). Each booking of the above-mentioned offers is therefore binding immediately after confirmation and obliges the customer to accept and pay for the ordered service. A two-week right of revocation and return does not apply to these offers.
A family card with combined Unisport subscriptions for parents is not possible, as the adults may have different tariff groups and this cannot be reflected in a fair and sensible family card.
To ease the burden on families with more than two children, we offer the Unisport Kids Subscription (2 & more children): With this Subscription, two or more of your own children can be deposited without increasing the price. Legal guardians do not need their own ticket when visiting Kitzland.
We offer the option of linking one or more child accounts with another parent or legal guardian in order to jointly access the child's tickets and administration. After logging in to the ZSGW web app → "My account" → select "Children's area". Click the edit button and scroll down to "Link child account with another account". If the other person is a student or employee at RPTU, the RPTU name must be entered. Otherwise, the e-mail address with which the person has registered in the web app must be entered. This linking of a child is only possible with one other person.
It is not possible to pass on one's own account (see GTCs).
During the Summer Soul event series, admission to Kitzland is free, but supervision must be provided by a person with parental authority or a person of legal age who has been assigned the duty of supervision.
When purchasing tickets in the ZSGW WebApp, payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or SEPA direct debit.
Note for SEPA: in some cases, the message "Payment pending" may also be displayed after payment. You can check whether the purchase was successful in the "My Cards and Subscriptions" section.
The Unisport Kids subscription or day ticket also includes use of the following Unisport sports facilities in Kaiserslautern:
Pump track
Miniramp
Running track
Multicourt
GrassPitch (limited)
Playground
As a rule, parents are the legal guardians. They can delegate the supervision and monitoring of a minor to a supervisor.
In the case of high safety requirements, such as those that apply when using Peak17, we require proof of the transfer of supervisory responsibility. However, this proof is not mandatory when visiting Kitzland.
How can the duty of supervision be documented in the ZSGW web app?
Proof of the transfer of the duty of supervision should be provided in the ZSGW web app under "My account" → "Children's area" → "Parental authority". The proof can be valid until a certain date or indefinitely and can be revoked at any time. The supervisor does not need their own account in the WebApp.
Children's birthday parties and group admissions
Yes, you can celebrate a child's birthday at Kitzland. For children over the age of 3, we offer group day tickets in the desired group size: Select the appropriate number of children and enter the desired date. It is not possible to cancel the day ticket, not even a certain proportion. Reservations are not necessary. We have benches and tables at the playground that can be used for a break. Please note our opening hours and our Kitzland Booking Plan.
If you would like to visit Kitzland with a large group (≥ 20 people), please contact unisport-kitzland(at)rPTU.de at least 14 days in advance.
You will need a ticket for each child.

No, educators or legal guardians do not need their own ticket. Each child needs their own ticket.
Yes, the pump track is part of the Unisport Kids Subscription or the Unisport Kids Day Pass.
We attach great importance to a clean and tidy facility, which is why we do not accept piñatas, confetti (cannons), sparklers or similar. We ask you to leave Kitzland as you would like to find it yourself.
In the case of high safety requirements, such as those that apply when using Peak17, we require proof of the transfer of supervisory responsibility. However, this proof is not mandatory when visiting Kitzland. However, for a children's birthday party, at least one supervisor must take over the supervision of the children in order to avoid risks and dangers and to comply with the rules of Kitzland.
How can the duty of supervision be documented in the ZSGW web app?
Proof of the transfer of the duty of supervision should be provided in the ZSGW web app under "My account" → "Children's area" → "Childcare assignment". The proof can be valid until a specific date or indefinitely and can be revoked at any time. The supervisor does not need their own account in the web app.
