And this is how it works

In this class, we combine dynamic movement sequences with deep stretches to mobilize your body and release tension.

We start with gentle flows to warm up your muscles and make your joints more supple. We then move into relaxed stretch positions to specifically improve your flexibility and increase it step by step together.

Everyone can stretch as far as they feel comfortable - which is why the class is suitable for all levels. It's not about performance, but about slowing down, closing your eyes, listening to the music, relaxing your body and enjoying a little break from everyday life.
