And this is how it works

In our guided running training for advanced runners (Wednesday) you will meet up with the other participants and together with our trainer you will carry out a running program that will help you to achieve your common running goals. The running training can consist of basic algae runs, interval runs, tempo runs and other types. You can join the course at any time. Registration is for the entire semester. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you can simply cancel your registration for that day.

You should bring running clothes, enough to drink and, if you like, gels, bars or similar.

Theeasy running session (Tuesday) averages 5km on the Running track, the pace can be between 5 and 8min/km. Forest runs can be organized on request during the course.

Important information about the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
