And this is how it works
In our supervised sparring course, we mainly practise boxing and kickboxing techniques, but also other martial arts. After a joint warm-up, you and a partner will get together and move on to the free-fighting phase. You can practise various techniques or test your skills in a fight. The rounds are counted by the instructor.
Please bring sportswear and boxing gloves if available. It is also compulsory to wear a face mask.
A small selection of gloves is available.
You can join the course at any time.
Please register for the entire semester and cancel if you are unable to attend.
