And this is how it works
In our guided fitness racing course, you and other participants combine endurance, strength and functional exercises in a varied workout. Inspired by modern race formats, you can expect running units alternating with intensive stations such as sled pushing, burpees, rowing, lunges or strength exercises with your own body weight.
You will improve your fitness, strength endurance and mental strength, while the focus is on team spirit and motivation within the group. The training can be individually adapted to your performance level and is suitable for both ambitious beginners and advanced athletes.
What to bring: Sports clothing and shoes, a towel and enough to drink.
Whether you want to gain your first racing experience or work on your fitness - you are very welcome! You can join at any time.
