And this is how it works
Calisthenics is intensive bodyweight training in our calisthenics (outdoor bars) park.
In our supervised course, you will learn how to perform a wide range of exercises using your own body weight, improving your strength and coordination, your balance and your overall body awareness. The course is suitable for all levels - from absolute beginners to all-rounders.
You don't need to bring anything except sportswear. We recommend wearing clothing suitable for the weather, as the training takes place outside in our calisthenics park (in front of building 52).
You can join at any time.
You register for the entire semester and cancel if you are unable to come.
