With the weekly ride, we offer beginners and advanced cyclists the opportunity to explore the region around Kaiserslautern by riding a road bike together in a group. We ride for approx. 2 hours on circular tours of between 30 and 50 km with 300 to 600 m elevation gain on cycle paths and on the road.

In winter, courses are often canceled due to weather conditions.

Please note: You will need your own racing bike, gravel bike with slicks or similar. It is also compulsory to wear a helmet and to wear reflectors and lights (front and rear lights, preferably also reflective clothing) on evening rides.

We recommend that you take a bar, gels or similar with you as well as sufficient water and clothing suitable for the weather and tools for your bike (multi-tool, spare tube, air pump, etc.).

The tours usually start 10 minutes after the meeting point in front of the Unisport hall (Building 28) after a short bike check and instructions on riding in the group.

You can join at any time.

Register for the entire semester and cancel for the dates you cannot attend.
