We offer you training therapy for the purpose of treating illnesses or as rehabilitative follow-up training. Do you want to maintain your health? We will carry out a training program tailored to your needs.

More performance: train like the pros! Functional training with medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX, Bulgarian bags and much more. Get to know the exercises where your own body weight is sufficient for training or use our equipment park and free weights area.

The prices are based on our tariff groups. In our overview of additional offers, you will find the prices for your personal training, as a single appointment or in a combined package of five sessions.
