This compact workshop is all about the central part of our body: the torso and spine. After a brief theoretical introduction, anatomical structures, physiological processes, functional relationships and basic aspects of biomechanics are explained in a simple and understandable way. In the practical part, participants learn specific exercises to prevent back problems - including functional forms of movement, mobilization exercises and strengthening elements for a stable core. In addition, common clinical pictures are presented and their effects on movement and everyday life are explained. The aim of the workshop is to create a better understanding of your own body, to avoid painful strain and to stay healthy and active in the long term through targeted exercise.
