Step I: The beginner's workout is an effective cardiovascular workout that strengthens the muscles of the lower body particularly intensively thanks to the height-adjustable platform. This course introduces the basic steps of step aerobics, which are combined into a simple choreography with lots of fun and upbeat music. This promotes fitness and coordination while training in a way that is easy on the joints and boosts fat burning.
Step II: In the intermediate level training, the basic steps are taken as a basis and combined into somewhat more elaborate choreographies. Slight turns and step variations are introduced. Of course, the focus is on having fun while moving.
