Barbell mix

Barbell Mix I: This is a pure strength endurance training course in which the basic exercises (deadlifts, squats, lunges, etc.) are trained. This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Barbell Mix II: The course is a mixture of strength endurance and hypertrophy training. The basic exercises are performed in different variations and new exercises are added. The course concept is aimed at participants who have already been to a barbell mix 1 class a few times or have experience with free weights. Mastery of the basic techniques and the appropriate fitness level are prerequisites for LHM II.

Barbell Mix Cross: This hypertrophy training gets the body in shape. Shorter load times, but more intensive stimuli as more weight is used. Interval training for advanced users. Here too, mastery of the basic techniques is a prerequisite for participation.

Barbell impact: In the barbell impact course, the focus is on effective basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts, rowing and bench presses performed with barbells. You will learn specific exercise combinations that will not only increase your strength endurance but also shape your body. The class combines functional training with intense workouts, intervals and supersets that target the entire body's muscles while improving flexibility and stability. Perfect for anyone who wants to take their physical fitness to the next level.
