JumpingFitness: In this course, the jumping steps and the adjustment of the trampoline are explained in detail. Step and arm combinations on the trampoline make the Jumping Fitness course an ideal endurance workout for beginners and advanced jumpers.

Power Jumping: In Jumping Power, the focus is on the more intensive steps. Cardio steps are complemented by strengthening exercises. As Power Jumping focuses more on choreography, this class is mainly suitable for advanced athletes.

General information

Jumping allows you to get your heart rate up, train your cardiovascular system and burn calories. The various jumps to music also train your coordination and are a lot of fun. You can decide for yourself how hard you want to work out, which is why the course is open to all ability levels. In addition to jumping variations that are easy on the joints, the workout also includes a short balance unit to round off the training.
