Pilates training focuses on the "powerhouse", i.e. the lower back, abdomen, bottom and pelvic floor. All movement sequences are combined with the flowing breathing typical of Pilates. The stronger the center, the tighter the posture, the more graceful the movements and ultimately the more resilient the back.

In this course, we combine the flowing breathing and deep muscle training of Pilates (Powerhouse) with the highly effective mobilization and strengthening exercises of spinal gymnastics. Through the targeted use of small equipment, we actively counteract postural damage and everyday strains.
