Inbody - Medical analysis of body composition
What is tested?
It's the inner values that count!
Body weight alone is not very meaningful. Our body analysis scale shows you the distribution of your muscle and fat mass as well as your bone mass down to the gram. By measuring individual body regions using the tetrapolar measurement derivation, muscular imbalances can be uncovered. Furthermore, the measurement of visceral fat provides an assessment of your state of health in relation to common diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus or cardiovascular diseases.
Who is the test suitable for?
In principle, the test is suitable for everyone. Only people with pacemakers and pregnant women are not allowed to take the test.
What do I need to consider before the analysis?
You should avoid sporting activities and large meals before the InBody analysis. Jewelry made of metallic materials should be removed before the test.
IPN - Endurance test
What is tested?
Determine your optimal training heart rate!
The IPN test, named after the Institute for Prevention and Aftercare, is a special software for evaluating endurance capacity. The test is carried out on our bicycle ergometer and can be individually adjusted to the test person. Exertion is not necessary for this test. The aerobic capacity is measured, which forms the basis for determining the training heart rate for aerobic endurance training.
Who is the test suitable for?
In principle, the test is suitable for everyone. It is ideal for endurance sports-oriented people who value cardiovascular or fat metabolism training.
What do I need to consider before the analysis?
The IPN test makes you sweat. Therefore, choose clothing that you also wear during sport and in which you can move well. Avoid strenuous physical activity directly before the test.
FMS - Functional Movement Screen
What is being tested?
Find weak points in the movement sequence!
Every chain is only as strong as its weakest link. If individual regions of the body are impaired in any way, this is compensated for by the surrounding muscles. This results in imbalances and possibly also injuries to the musculoskeletal system. The FMS gets to the bottom of these "weak points" with seven different and standardized exercises. The results provide the necessary information to create an individual training plan and thus help to pursue goals in a focused manner.
Who is the test suitable for?
In principle, the test is suitable for everyone. As exercises have to be performed both standing and lying down, it should be possible to transfer to and from the floor without any problems.
What do I need to consider before the test?
The exercises are performed without a prior warm-up phase. For the test, choose clothing in which you can move easily and without restriction. Wear shoes that you normally wear for sport.
