GENERAL INFORMATION

Spinal gymnastics focuses on exercises with a high health value for all muscles that are insufficiently challenged in daily use and can therefore lead to imbalances in the muscles and postural damage. These are specifically prevented with a variety of mobilization, strengthening and stretching exercises, as well as through the use of small equipment, and counteracted with regard to functional use of the muscles and optimized movement sequences.
