Training Fitness Racing

Fitness Racing is a competition format that combines endurance, strength and functional fitness.

The training focuses on the training concept and how to integrate it into everyday training. After a general introduction to the topic, the training starts with the practical part. In teams of two, various disciplines are run through in the form of a station workout. In this way, typical forms of stress, exercises and training methods are tested directly in practice and initial impressions of the physical demands are gained.

In the subsequent theoretical part, the experiences are taken up and deepened. In addition, central physiological adaptation processes that can be caused by fitness-racing-oriented training are discussed.

The combination of practical experience and theoretical consolidation aims to provide a holistic understanding of the trend sport and concrete impulses for implementation in your own training context.
