Spinal gymnastics (WSG)

Spinal gymnastics focuses on exercises with a high health value for all muscles that are insufficiently challenged in daily use and can therefore lead to imbalances in the musculature and postural damage. These are specifically prevented with a variety of mobilization, strengthening and stretching exercises, as well as through the use of small equipment, and counteracted with regard to functional use of the muscles and optimized movement sequences. Spinal gymnastics is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Exercise and intensity variations enable both beginners and advanced athletes to achieve optimum success during training.
