Diagnostics

An on-site diagnostics area allows you to carry out body composition analyses, functional movement analyses and endurance tests. We check your current condition, health status and training success. You want to make your endurance training even more goal-oriented? Then you can also carry out a lactate test with us.

Our qualified trainers will draw up an individual training plan for you based on the results. As an ideal supplement, we also offer personal training or nutritional advice. You can easily determine the prices for the additional offers of the training area from our price table, depending on your tariff group.

Inbody - Medical analysis of body composition

What is being tested?
It's the inner values that count!
Body weight alone is not very meaningful. Our body analysis scale shows you the distribution of your muscle and fat mass as well as your bone mass to the gram. By measuring individual body regions using the tetrapolar measurement derivation, muscular imbalances can be revealed. Furthermore, the measurement of visceral fat can be used to assess your state of health with regard to common diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 2 or cardiovascular diseases.

For whom is the test suitable?
In principle, the test is suitable for everyone. Only people with pacemakers and pregnant women are not allowed to take this test.

What do I have to consider before the analysis?
Before the InBody analysis, you should avoid sporting activities and large meals. Jewellery made of metallic materials should be removed before the test.

IPN – endurance test

What is being tested?
Set your optimal training heart rate!
The IPN test, named after the Institute for Prevention and Aftercare, is a special software for evaluating endurance capacity. The test is carried out on our bicycle ergometer and can be individually adjusted to the test person. Exertion is not necessary for this test. The aerobic capacity is measured, which is the basis for determining the training heart rate for aerobic endurance training.

For whom is the test suitable?
Basically, the test is suitable for everyone. Optimal for endurance sports-oriented people who value cardiovascular or fat metabolism training.

What do I have to consider before the analysis?
The IPN test makes you sweat. Therefore, choose clothes that you also wear during sports and in which you can move well. Avoid strenuous physical activities directly before the test.

FMS - Functional Movement Screen

What is being tested?
Find weak points in the movement process!
Every chain is only as strong as its weakest link. If individual body regions are impaired in some way, this is compensated for by surrounding muscles. This results in imbalances and possibly also injuries to the musculoskeletal system. The FMS gets to the bottom of precisely these "weak points" with seven different and standardised exercises. The results provide the necessary information for creating an individual training plan and thus help to pursue goals in a focused manner.

For whom is the test suitable?
Basically, the test is suitable for everyone. Since exercises have to be performed both standing up and lying down, the transfer to the floor and back should be possible without any problems.

What do I have to consider before the test?
The exercises are performed without a warm-up phase. Choose clothes for the test in which you can move well and without restrictions. Wear shoes that you normally wear for sports.

Lactate performance diagnostics

What is tested?
Optimise your training from the very first minute!
With a lactate test we find the perfect starting point for your training and give you precise and individual parameters for your goals. The test is carried out at increasing load on a bicycle ergometer or a treadmill. The lactate (a metabolic product) formed in the body is measured by taking a drop of blood from the fingertip or earlobe at the beginning and end of each exercise level. A special computer programme evaluates the data and determines your individual aerobic threshold. This shows you, for example, the load ranges in which your body burns the most fat. You can also see where your competition zone or performance limit is. Simply tell your trainer the goals you have set for yourself and he or she will draw up a training plan tailored to your needs.

Who is the test suitable for?
The test is suitable for all performance levels and age groups and serves both health-related and performance-oriented people.

What do I have to consider before the analysis?
Make sure that your last meal before the test was at least two hours ago. You should avoid stimulants such as coffee, tea and nicotine for three hours before the test. You should also avoid heavy physical exertion on the day of the test and the previous day.
