JAZZ I: In the jazz course for beginners, the muscles are warmed up at the beginning, you learn to isolate movements and to move individual body parts and their muscle groups in a targeted way. Streching is also an important part of becoming more flexible, whereby everyone can work individually on their stretching. In addition, basic steps and their terminology from jazz are introduced. These steps find their place in a choreography at the end of the class.
JAZZ II: Here, recurring jazz exercises with intensive stretching and strengthening exercises take place, allowing you to concentrate fully on your body and its movements. Techniques for jumps, stretches, floor work and movement in space and diagonals are worked on. Choreographies from Medern-, Musical-, Lyrical-, Latin- and Jazz-Dance alternate.
