Barbell Mix I: pure strength endurance training by training the basic exercises (deadlifts, squats, lunges, ...). This course is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced exercisers.

Barbell Mix II: Mix of strength endurance and hypertrophy training. The basic exercises are performed in different variations and new exercises are added. This course is designed for advanced participants, i.e. participants who have already been to a barbell mix 1 class a few times or have free weight experience and have mastered the basic techniques as well as the corresponding fitness level.

Barbell Mix Cross: This hypertrophy training gets the body in shape. Shorter load times, but more intense stimuli, as more weight is used. An interval training for advanced users. Mastery of the basic techniques is a prerequisite, as explanations are less detailed, making the training all the more efficient.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Barbell Mix is a whole-body strength endurance workout in the form of a rhythmic barbell group workout. The basic goals of Barbell Mix are safety, optimal training effects and fun. The exercises always remain the same for about 3 months so that you can concentrate on your individual improvement.
