Postnatal gymnastics


Pregnancy and childbirth put a lot of strain on many muscle groups, especially the pelvic floor but also the abdominal muscles.

In the postnatal gymnastics you can expect a holistic training. The focus of the course is on strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. In this way, you specifically counteract functional limitations such as bladder weakness and lowering of the uterus. But not only that, restoring general fitness and promoting the ability to relax are also addressed. Take advantage of this great opportunity to help your body regain its strength, find fun in exercising together and exchange ideas with other mothers.

While you do something for yourself and your body, the little ones are in the best hands and cared for in our childcare.

TARGET GROUP

We recommend starting the postnatal gymnastics six weeks after delivery. If it is a birth by cesarean section, eight weeks between birth and regression are reasonable.

COSTS

If you have statutory insurance, there are no costs. If you are privately insured, it is recommended to clarify the assumption of costs in advance.
