Spinal gymnastics II is perfect for all experienced athletes who have already participated in spinal gymnastics and are ready for more advanced movement patterns.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Spinal gymnastics focuses on exercises with high health value for all muscles that are insufficiently challenged in daily use and can therefore lead to imbalances in the musculature and postural damage. These are specifically prevented with a variety of mobilisation, strengthening and stretching exercises, as well as through the use of small equipment, and counteracted with regard to a functional use of the musculature and optimised movement sequences.
