The pilates-training focuses on the "power house", i.e. the lower back, abdomen, buttocks and pelvic floor. All movement sequences are combined with flowing breathing typical of Pilates. The stronger the centre, the tighter the posture, the more graceful the movements, and ultimately the more resilient the back.

Yogilates offers a holistic workout for body, mind and soul. As the name suggests, this course combines yoga and pilates in a meaningful way. The training strengthens the body and helps to achieve greater inner peace and balance.
