FAQ: Answers on the topic of corona

We look forward to welcoming you back to UNIFIT during the usual opening hours from May 29, 2020. You can find all the important information about your training at UNIFIT in our new information area.

We will always provide you with the latest information via our homepage, Facebook and Instagram. In addition, you can reach us by phone for individual questions or concerns during our opening hours on 0631 205-5005. Unfortunately, due to the current safety and hygiene regulations of the state government of Rhineland-Palatinate, we are unable to offer you our full range of services. The Fruttibar is currently out of service and childcare is also still closed. The changing rooms and showers as well as the sauna and relaxation area are open again. The squash court can also be used again.

Please note that you must wear a face mask when entering the UNIFIT and until you have arrived at your training location. We also ask you to disinfect your hands at the appropriate dispensers when you enter the UNIFIT. All other current information on hygiene and safety measures can be found in the new information area.

No registration is currently required for equipment training. Nevertheless, the number of members training at the same time is limited to 60 people. You can view the available capacities via the utilization system on our homepage, which is always kept up to date.

Courses are currently taking place in a reduced form. You can view the current course schedule on our homepage. We are endeavoring to gradually be able to offer you the full range of courses again. Please note that our courses are subject to registration. You can register for the courses here or on site at UNIFIT.

We are making every effort to accommodate you as best we can in such an exceptional situation. Your membership fees were also collected during the closure period. We therefore offer you two options to compensate for the closure period: a time credit or a free Bring-A-Friend offer. Further information on compensation can be found on these pages. You can apply for both options on site at UNIFIT using a pre-printed form.

Bring-A-Friend entitles you to bring an accompanying person free of charge at weekends and on public holidays. During this period, your companion can use all UNIFIT offers to which you are also entitled in your presence, with the exception of courses requiring registration.

If you have already taken out a Bring-A-Friend Subscription with us, we will suspend your Bring-A-Friend Subscription for a period of 4 months. Please inform us of this in writing.

In the event that your contractual relationship is terminated in the future on the basis of a justified extraordinary termination before the end of the contract term, you will receive a full refund of the time credit contributions paid for any unused time credit periods.
