3. how does the closure period affect the duration of my contract?
→ Your membership will continue as normal. The closure period has no effect on your contract term.

4. what happens to my time credit from the first UNIFIT closure period if UNIFIT has closed in the month I applied for?
→ Your time credit is automatically postponed by the duration of UNIFIT closure period 2.

5. i am a new member and received one month free of charge during the second UNIFIT closing period. How does the closing time affect this?
→ You will receive your free month in the month in which your Subscription period begins.

6. can I cancel my contract due to the current situation?
→ Special cancellations outside the notice period can only be made in the event of a change of residence or an inability to exercise. If the distance from the new place of residence to Unisport is more than 30 km, the current contract can be terminated by presenting a current registration or re-registration certificate from the new municipality that is no more than six months old. In addition, a doctor's certificate of incapacity for sport entitles the holder to terminate the contract.

7. when will UNIFIT reopen?

8. can I borrow training equipment from UNIFIT?
