Sport program: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
In typical martial arts style, the training takes place in a group and begins with a joint warm-up, followed by rehearsing the techniques and ends with positional or free sparring. If available, please bring a mouth/teeth guard. This is an advantage in the long term to avoid unpleasant incidents. The course is a guided training session that you can join at any time. Register for each date you would like to attend. Important information on the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
