Sport program: Modern Dance
This dance style, which is based on techniques from ballet, brings together new elements such as movement on the floor, strong accents and different styles of music. Jumps and pirouettes that are completely detached from the fixed norms of ballet convey the feeling of self-expression that is typical of contemporary dance. As an individual sport, dance offers both freedom for the individual and a sense of togetherness with the group moving together to music. The class repertoire also includes strength, balance and flexibility exercises. Suitable for all skill levels.
