Sport program: Free Swimming Thursday
Free swimming is a non-guided swim training. The prerequisite is that you can already swim 25 m at a stretch. Exercises and tips are available from the instructors. It is also possible to swim by plan. Bathing caps are compulsory in the South School Centre, please do not forget your bathing caps!
