Sport program: Free Swimming Monday

Admission to Monte Mare is at 5.45pm, there is an intermediate entry/exit at 6.50pm. Free swimming is a non-guided swim training. You have to be able to swim 25m straight. Exercises and tips are available from the instructors. At Monte Mare, only RPTU students & staff are authorised to use the free swim times.
