Sport program: Volleyball Beginner

For beginners, there is a guided course in which you will be taught the basic techniques, such as bouncing, digging and smashing, step by step.Important note: Please choose the course that corresponds to your current level. The beginners' course is exclusively for beginners. Similarly, the advanced course is only open to players who already have the relevant experience in order to optimize training for all participants. You don't need to bring anything - all you need is comfortable sportswear and a good mood. Registration for all courses is weekly, which means that you can register and cancel flexibly for each week. You can join at any time. Important information on the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
