Step I: The beginner's workout is an effective cardiovascular workout that strengthens the muscles of the lower body particularly intensively thanks to the height-adjustable platform. This course introduces the basic steps of step aerobics, which are combined into a simple choreography with lots of fun and upbeat music. This way, fitness and coordination skills are promoted while training is easy on the joints, and fat burning is stimulated at the same time.
Step II: In the intermediate level, the basic steps are assumed and combined into somewhat more complex choreographies. Easy turns and step variations are introduced. Of course, the focus is on having fun while moving.
