Sport program: Capoeira beginner
The training sessions always have a music part and a movement part. We start with 20-30 minutes of music training, during which we sing songs and play instruments. We also learn a bit of Brazilian Portuguese. During the movement training, we practise small choreographies with capoeira movements, either individually or in pairs. At the end, we play a little game in which we freely combine the practised movements to the rhythm of the music in a capoeira circle. Overall, the training is challenging but fun, in a friendly and safe atmosphere. Suitable for all skill levels.
