Sport program: Fit & Flex
In this course, you can expect a dynamic combination of strength and mobility training. The first half focuses on functional fitness exercises using your own body weight to build strength and endurance. In the second half, we concentrate on stretching and mobilization to promote flexibility and release tension. Perfect for getting fit and improving mobility at the same time! What should you bring with you? Plenty to drink, a towel, boxing gloves and bandages if available and of course discipline, stamina and motivation! We look forward to seeing you!
