Sport program: Dodgeball
Fun, games and team spirit - Our dodgeball course focuses on having fun with movement and playing together. Quick changes of direction, targeted throws and active dodging promote fitness, responsiveness and teamwork. Dodgeball is a dynamic game that gets everyone involved - from beginners to advanced players. It's the perfect way to let off steam, leave the stress of everyday life behind and stay fit in a fun way! Whether beginner or pro - everyone is welcome! You can join the course at any time. English speakers are also welcome! All you need to bring are sports shoes, sports clothing and something to drink.
