This is a free game that is open to all levels. However, you should know the basics. You don't need to bring anything - all you need is comfortable sportswear and a good mood. Registration for all courses is on a weekly basis, which means you can sign in and out flexibly for each week. You can join at any time. Important information about the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective enrolment list.
