Sport program: Swim-Training Advanced
In our coached swimming sessions, you will improve your endurance and technique in the water together with other participants. All swimming strokes (breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly, and freestyle) are trained, with a focus on freestyle. Requirement: You should be able to swim approximately 100 m in about 1:45–2:00 minutes (any stroke). You can join at any time. What to bring: Swimwear, optionally goggles, a swim cap, and enough to drink. Whether you are an ambitious recreational swimmer or more advanced, you are very welcome! Please register for each session you would like to attend. Important information will be communicated via the registration list in the web app.
