Sport program: Okinawa-Kenpo Tuesday
Okinawa Kenpo teaches a traditional martial art for self-defence. In principle, anyone can learn this sport, regardless of age, gender or physique. Technique and speed are much more important than strength or physical dominance. In our guided beginner's course, you will learn the basics of Okinawa Kenpo. You can join at any time. Register for the entire semester and cancel for any dates you are unable to attend. Important information about the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
