Sport program: Capoeira Basic

The training consists of a music and a movement part. It takes place in a friendly, relaxed and safe atmosphere and is suitable for all levels. You start with 20-30 minutes of music training, singing capoeira songs and playing instruments. A little Brazilian Portuguese is also learned. The movement training begins with an aerobic warm-up of around 15 minutes. Capoeira movements are then practiced in choreographed sequences, first individually and then in pairs. Finally, music and movement are brought together by freely combining the practiced movements to the rhythm of the music in a capoeira circle(roda). The courses are held in English.
