Sport program: Softball
Softball is a variation of baseball. We’ll teach you the basics of the sport—you’ll learn proper batting technique, how to catch and field balls, and we’ll show you pitching and running techniques, known as baserunning. The course is open to anyone who wants to try a slightly different sport; no prior experience is necessary. We’re also happy to welcome active or former softball/baseball players who’d like to spend a few hours on the field with us. What you need to bring: regular sportswear and a good attitude. We’ll provide gloves, bats, balls, etc. The course uses only soft indoor balls for training.
