Welcome to rock 'n' roll! Are you ready to take your moves to the next level and feel the rhythm of rock 'n' roll? This course is all about a mix of dance and lifts that brings the spirit of the 50s back to life. So if you want to master the legendary Dirty Dancing lift and train your stamina at the same time, you've come to the right place! Whether you are a beginner who is just taking your first steps or an advanced dancer who wants to improve their skills - everyone can dance with us. No dance partner? No problem! You can still come along. Just remember to pack something to drink and bring sportswear and indoor shoes.
