Sport program: Ultimate Frisbee - Womens Trainingsday
At the Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Training Day, you’ll have the opportunity to discover a dynamic, non-contact sport or to further develop your existing skills. The goal of the game is to move the disc into the end zone using only passes. To succeed, you’ll need agility, endurance, speed, and teamwork. Curious?
