Sport program: Okinawa-Kenpo Friday
Okinawa Kenpo teaches a traditional martial art for self-defence. In principle, anyone can learn this sport, regardless of age, gender or physique. Technique and speed are much more important than strength or physical dominance. Our open course is aimed at all levels. Here you can work on your individual skills in our guided course. You can join at any time. Register for the entire semester and deregister for any dates you are unable to attend. Important information about the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
