Sport program: Okinawa-Kenpo Monday

Okinawa Kenpo teaches a traditional martial art for self-defence. In principle, anyone can learn this sport, regardless of age, gender or physique. Technique and speed are much more important than strength or physical dominance. The advanced course is also a guided training programme in which more advanced and complex techniques are taught. It is aimed exclusively at experienced, long-standing participants. You can join at any time. Register for the entire semester and deregister for any dates you are unable to attend. Important information about the course schedule/changes will be communicated via the respective registration list.
