Fit and relaxed" - This course is designed to balance out the stresses and strains of everyday life. We combine spinal gymnastics and back exercises with wellness and “active relaxation”. We also work with various small equipment. Please bring a large towel! For staff only! Registration must be updated every semester and is valid for the current semester! You can join at any time!
